The Cool Hunting iPad Contest (the "Contest") is administered by Largetail LLC and is open to U.S. residents age 18 and older in all jurisdictions where receipt of prizes or entry in the Contest is not prohibited by state or local laws, rules or regulations. Employees of Largetail LLC or any of its respective affiliates, participating sponsor or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Contest and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employees are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's (and entrant's parent/legal guardian, if entrant is a Minor) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Largetail LLC's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. The Promotion begins on April 9th 2010 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 23rd 2010 at 11:59 AM ET (the "Contest Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

4. How to Enter

Subscribe to the Cool Hunting Daily email newsletter. One entry per person. If you are already a subscriber you are already eligible to win. General Conditions Regarding Entering: Entry requires subscription to the Cool Hunting Daily email newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time, though you must be a subscriber at the time of the drawing to be eligible. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. Potential winners may be required to show proof of identity. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEBSITE ADDRESS ABOVE AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF THIS CONTEST TO SEE IF YOU ARE A POTENTIAL WINNER. Once the potential winner has been verified to the satisfaction of the Sponsor, the Sponsor will arrange for prize fulfillment. By entering this Contest, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, agencies, and each of their respective member companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Entrant also agrees to hold harmless GM and Cadillac and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and GM and Cadillac's officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Contest. Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Contest or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate New York State Court located in New York, NY; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses , and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The Cool Hunting iPad Contest (the "Contest") is administered by Largetail LLC and is open to U.S. residents age 18 and older in all jurisdictions where receipt of prizes or entry in the Contest is not prohibited by state or local laws, rules or regulations. Employees of Largetail LLC or any of its respective affiliates, participating sponsor or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Contest and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employees are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant's (and entrant's parent/legal guardian, if entrant is a Minor) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Largetail LLC's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. 3. Timing

The Promotion begins on June 28th 2010 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 4th 2010 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Contest Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

4. How to Enter

On Wednesday 30 June 2010 subscribers to the Cool Hunting Daily newsletter will be emailed a link to a quiz. Answer the quiz questions by 4 July 2010 at 11:59pm ET to be entered to win. Two winners will be selected from the participants who correctly answer the quiz questions.

5. Winner Selection

Largetail LLC will select a winner at random from all of the eligible submissions during the duration of the Contest.

6. Verification and Notification of Potential Contest Winners
